SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING
Loré Loré will deliver to Australian addresses and to international addresses using Australia Post services. Loré Loré cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike or transport complications.
The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details when completing their purchase. In case of ‘Returned to Sender’ due to incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.

A tracking number will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel once it is booked.
To ensure speedy delivery, we recommend providing a business address where possible or providing clear delivery instructions in the ‘comments’ section of the checkout when ordering.

Postage charges are calculated by weight of the product and location of the delivery. Prices are listed in AUD.
International orders will be delivered by Australia Post International during the business week. A business address is recommended for delivery.

PRE-ORDER SALES
Pre-order sales are subject to dispatch in the allocated time frame. This option allows the customer to order an upcoming item, before it is physically available to purchase. Same terms and conditions apply as per usual online purchases. Cancellations of pre-order purchases must be submitted via email notification within 7 days from placement of order. Any cancellations and refunds after this term is up to the discrepancy of Loré Loré and can be denied.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The e-mail will reconfirm all delivery and shipping details, charges and any other relevant information. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate. We aim to ship within 24 to 48 hours however this may vary depending on demand at the time. Please contact Loré Loré immediately should you need to make any changes to your order or if you require your order by a specific time.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation by Loré Loré
Online stock inventory is kept up to date automatically. In case of unavailable stock, Loré Loré reserve the right to cancel the order. Other alternatives will be provided via email correspondence.
Cancellation by Purchaser
Loré Loré aims to ship online orders within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed. Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please contact Loré Loré via e-mail at info@loreloreknitwear.com or by phone on (+61) 499 522 802.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch, freight charges will not be refunded and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to return the parcel at their expense. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of Loré Loré.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Loré Loré is happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for unfit items purchased.
The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels / tags attached and returned within 7 days of receiving your product.
Postage fee is not refundable and returns are to be sent back at your own cost.
If you require an exchange, please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Special orders/ commissioned purchases are final and not admissible for return or exchange.
